Our Company is a young and growing regional property management company located in the Southern California region.  In our modern, tech-driven society, we have emphasized the use of internet tools in managing our properties.  Tenants can use our online portal to submit rent payments, maintenance requests, and administrative queries.  Through Rent Cafe, Yardi, and various other tools we manage all tenant issues in a timely and efficient manner.  

Our highest priority is our tenants living in healthy and safe environments, and receiving the individual attention and focus they deserve.  Our long-term vision leads us to prioritize upkeep and maintenance of our properties to ensure our residents feel pride of residency. All candidates applying for this position should prioritize providing a great customer service experience.

  • Candidate should have working knowledgeable in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Dropbox, project management, and use of standard office software.
  • Spanish and English Fluency Preferred. (Spoken and Written)
  • Knowledge of Yardi and Rent Cafe a bonus.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

There will be a 90 day probationary period for all applicants. All applicants must successfully pass a background check. Employment and start of the position are contingent on clearance of background check by the HR Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly: $15.00 to $18.00 hour based on experience.
